As a member of First Payment Services there are multiple promotion opportunities and career paths. Each of our team members go through a 90-day intensive training program which includes subsidy from $2k to $3k per month. All training graduates are guaranteed promotion opportunities!

1st. Bank Division = $40k to $60k per year base salary plus generous commissions.

1. Responsibilities include Product Management within financial institution(s).
2. Benefits include 401k, Medical, Dental, and much more.
3. May require travel and or possible relocation.

2nd. Merchant Liaison Manager = $30k to $40k base salary plus generous overrides on managed ML’s (Merchant Liaison).

1. Outside Sales and Management.
2. Responsibilities include managing a team of existing ML’s and recruiting & training new employees.
3. Benefits include 401k, Medical, Dental, and much more.

3rd.Merchant Liaison = Enjoy generous commission schedule and residual income on all sales generated and in addition we offer retention bonuses on business generated.

1. Major responsibilities include calling on Retail Merchants and converting them from their current merchant processor to First Payment Services & Maintaining existing client base.
2. Flexible work hours
3. Local travel only.
4. Not responsible for any managing or recruiting.

3rd. If all requirements have been met then second interview is conducted.

Initial one week training will be conducted in Brentwood, Tennessee. All expenses during training will be paid by First Payment Services.
