- FPS will be the premier Merchant Card Processing Provider in our market space. This means we will make every effort to help the customer. If we are unable to help a customer they will understand we did everything possible to help. Terms such as “empathy for the customer” or “customer advocate” are applicable and relevant. We need to determine the needs of our customers, then work backwards to figure out how to meet those needs.
- FPS will be an organization employees desire to be a part of. We will foster a workplace that provides opportunity for personal growth – a place where everyone is a valued part of the team. All will be treated with dignity and respect. We will stress open honest communication.
- The administrative division of the company will serve the salesforce by helping them to better meet the needs and communicate solutions to the customers. Providing mechanisms to enable the success of the salesforce is paramount so long as we observe the necessary controls for safety and soundness.
- FPS will provide a satisfactory profit margin in order to adequately compensate both investors and employees. Without a satisfactory return “1” and “2” are not possible.
