We developed these training videos and give you access to our
Document Library to provide you a foundation of
knowledge to be able to talk with merchants about how we can reduce their
business expenses while enjoying many of the other benefits of working with FPS.
To access these training materials you will need the username and password provided to you by our training department. If you did not receive a username and password please contact the training department in order to obtain the appropriate login.
We are offering two sets of videos in order for you to choose which works best with your system. The "512K" offers better video quality for those that have broadband and the appropriate buffering ability on your PC. If you notice some sections lagging you can choose the "256K" and this will cut down on any buffering problems you might incur in the 512K.
